“NOSTALGIA” AT OLYMPIA FILM FESTIVAL 11/10/13, plus PORTLAND TALK…

I’m out in the PAC NW this week, hanging out at the Olympia Film Festival and doing some talks.

My 2001 Super 8 film, NOSTALGIA, will be showing at the festival Sunday, November 10 at 4:00 PM as part of a series of International Film Shorts presented by The Rachel Corrie Foundation.

It stars Fidel Castro and Albert Belle!

I’ll be appearing for a Q and A afterward with fellow attendee, Basma Alshirif.

On Saturday, November 9, at 10:ooPM I’ll be hosting a screening of the wonderful recent classic film, MAGGOTS AND MEN.

After the film, I’ll lead a live Q and A with director, Cary Cronenwett, so come check it out!

And if you happen to be in Portland later in the week, I’ll be talking to Harrell Fletcher‘s class about Streetopia and more.

Wednesday, November 13 at Field Work, SW 11th and Jefferson, Portland, OR.
