To celebrate the release of SCAM #9: THE STORY OF BLACK FLAG’S DAMAGED I will be making some appearances on the West Coast this coming week.

First, I will go to Olympia to read at one of my favorite venues of all, the Olympia Timberland Public Library.

I will be giving a slide show and talk from the new zine and appearing with my dear friend, Moe Bowstern, of XTra Tuff Zine.

Next comes the big release party at Mississippi Records in Portland.

I will also give a talk but then I will join Portland punk faves, , on guitar to play a set of vintage Black Flag karaoke. We will play 12 songs for audience members to come up and sing along to. Why not? Didn’t Black Flag have FOUR singers?!?
